Comics Bulletin Podcast #7: Summer in Canada?

Chase Magnett, Jason Sacks, Julia Walchuk, Ray Sonne
August 12, 2015
Comics Bulletin Podcast

Recorded by: Jason Sacks

Edited by: Mark Stack
This week’s co-hosts are Jason Sacks, Julia Walchuk, Ray Sonne, and Chase Magnett. The episode opens up with some spoiler-heavy talk about the new Fantastic Four (2015) movie that just came out (Ray did not like it nearly as much as the 2005 movie) and that ends at 10:42.
From there, the group discusses The Wicked + The Divine #13, The Spire #2, and This One Summer. After that, the show closes with a discussion of everyone’s picks of the week which include Omega Men, Midnighter, The Humans, and John Flood.

Chase is a mild-mannered finance guy by day and a raving comics fan by night. He has been reading comics for more than half of his life (all 23 years of it). After graduating from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with degrees in Economics and English, he has continued to research comics while writing articles and reviews online. His favorite superhero is Superman and he'll accept no other answers. Don't ask about his favorite comic unless you're ready to spend a day discussing dozens of different titles.
