Video interview: The Great Robert Williams talks about the history of underground comix

A comics interview article by: Jason Sacks

One of the real thrills of Comic-con for me this year was the opportunity to interview the amazing Robert Williams on the occasion of the outstanding new documentary about him. Well, "interview" isn't quite the right word to use for this conversation - as you'll see, I only needed to ask Mr. Williams a handful of questions to get him to talk in great depth and interest about the birth of underground comix. What follows here is one of the most interesting conversations I've had the honor of having at a convention. I was a little shy about talking with a man whose work I respect as much as Williams, but Robert Williams was as smart, fascinating and down-to-earth as any interview I've ever conducted.

Watch a wonderful interview with Nancye Ferguson, director of Mr. Bitchin'
