The Banshees are coming back!

A comics news article

The Banshees, were a Rock ’n’ Roll band who were notorious for their satanic lyrics, drunken excess and rumors of blood sacrifice, the Banshees shocked the world with their only album Beat the Manshees. Death stalked their concerts — lightning, stabbings, overdoses. The world heaved a sigh of relief when the Banshees all died in a plane crash. Or did they? It’s now 40 years after that fateful crash, and with no fanfare, they appear in a seedy Prague nightclub, looking and sounding exactly the same. As can be expected, the Banshees phenomenon goes viral. Everyone wants to know, are they real or is it all just a scathingly brilliant publicity stunt? And the nightmare has gotten worse. Every time the Banshees play someone dies. Is it bad luck or part of some diabolical plan?

Ian St. James, the son of original Banshees drummer Oaian St. James, can’t believe his eyes. He joins with In Crowd magazine’s beautiful young reporter Connie Cosgrove to discover the truth. As the two follow the band traveling to Europe and America, they discover the secret history of the Banshees and their ties to black magic, the Russian mob and the mysterious Lord Rathkrogen. Ian must fight through his own jealousy, inadequacy and alcoholism to battle the most dangerous demon of all. Or the Banshees concert in Palisades Park in Los Angeles will be more than just the end of the tour. It could be the end of the world.
