TANK GIRL FOREVER: VOLUME 2 Has Released – What’s the Plot?

News, Press Release, Titan Comics

Titan Comics have published the second volume of their Tank Girl graphic novels, titled Tank Girl On-Going Volume 2: Tank Girl Forever, following on from the success of volume one. The publisher will hope that their latest foray can replicate a similar level of love for Tank Girl‘s first ever ongoing comic story. The latest novel was written by the same team from the first volume, with Alan Martin writing, and Brett Parson acting as illustrator.

The all-new 112 page Tank Girl adventure hit stores on February 25, just in time for payday! Will you be picking it up? Currently, links for purchase can be found here from the Titan Comics website. Alternatively, you can buy it on Amazon.

How about a synopsis? Well, let’s leave that to the publisher themselves:

Titan Comics are delighted to be publishing Tank Girl Forever: Vol 2, the second volume in Tank Girl’s first-ever ongoing story.

What would’ve Tank Girl and the gang looked like if they’d been created in the Silver Age of comics? It’s time to find out!

Tank Girl’s bosom buddy Barney goes off the rails, summoning the spirit of her long-dead friend Joanie, as they battle to destroy the Earth with a giant meteor that looks like a sesame seed. Meanwhile, Tank Girl, Jet Girl, Sub Girl, and Booga find themselves dressed in vintage comic-book garb, with a wealth of superpowers and ridiculous gadgets. Sub Girl must enter into Barney’s subconscious, and find the core of the rot that is threatening all of mankind, before the meteor impacts and reality unravels forever!

Take a look at some of the amazing pages from volume 2:
