THE ART OF RICK AND MORTY VOLUME 2 LANDS AT DARK HORSE

Daniel Gehen
June 24, 2020
Dark Horse, News, Press Release

Fans of the beloved cartoon Rick & Morty can feast on some more content thanks to Dark Horse Comics. The renowned publisher, who has put out several artbooks for television and movie productions, is returning to Rick & Morty for a second volume that covers another two seasons of sci-fi wackiness.

Forget Interdimensional Cable, Get Schwifty!

MILWAUKIE, Ore., (June 24, 2020)—Rick and Morty are back, baby! They never even left! Reruns, dog! Streaming! Anyway, get back to exploring the creation of this beloved TV series with its comical characters and their interdimensional counterparts, wack-a-doo aliens, and far-out locations. The Art of Rick and Morty Volume 2 and The Art of Rick and Morty Volume 2: Deluxe Edition hardcover artbooks showcase the interstellar art of the third and fourth seasons of the animated sci-fi adventures of everyone’s favorite alcoholic scientist and his grandson!

Dark Horse Books and Adult Swim offer another peek beneath the creators’ curtain with The Art of Rick and Morty Volume 2. More concept art! More creator commentary! More stuff!

The Art of Rick and Morty Volume 2: Deluxe Edition includes an acetate sleeve with Rick and Morty’s silhouettes, gilded edges and a ribbon bookmark, a glow-in-the-dark lithograph art print, and replicas of Rick’s iconic bumper stickers.

The Art of Rick and Morty Volume 2 and The Art of Rick and Morty Volume 2: Deluxe Edition will be hitting shelves November 18, 2020. The books are available for pre-order on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and at your local comic shop. At nearly 200 pages, the Standard Edition will retail for $39.99 and the Deluxe Edition will retail for $79.99.

About The Author

Daniel Gehen
Editor-in-Chief

Dan was introduced to the 1960s Batman show at a young age, which developed into a lifelong passion for comics. When he's not grinding out his day job, he can be found reading about Scarlet Speedsters, Web-Heads, or Sagas just about anywhere. If it's good he'll read it. If it's bad... there's a chance he still might read it.
