March 2026 only has two comic book shows coming our way — but they’re big ones!
In this article, we’re previewing the two comic book shows coming in March 2026 — Invincible Season 4 and Daredevil: Born Again Season 2. They’re pretty massive releases, to say the least.
Invincible Season 4
Release date: March 18
Image Comics and Skybound have officially declared March 2026 as Invincible Month. There’s a gluttony of new comic book content coming our way, including variants and special editions. But of course, the big event of the month is Prime Video’s Invincible season 4, commencing on March 18.
The animated Invincible series is the biggest animated genre show in the world (and one of the most popular in general). It not only adapts Robert Kirkman’s seminal comics, but builds on them, dialling everything up to eleven. In season 4, the Vultrumite War reaches another level of epic. We also have a few new cast members, including Thragg (Lee Pace), Dinosaurus (Matthew Rhys), and Universa (Danai Gurira).
The official synopsis reads:
“As humanity rebuilds from the disaster depicted in Season 3, a transformed Mark must defend his world and loved ones, leading him toward an inevitable confrontation with a menace that threatens to reshape humanity’s destiny. This season escalates both the dangers and the stakes, forcing Invincible, Atom Eve, and the Guardians of the Globe into a fight to preserve the planet. Making matters more complicated, Omni-Man returns to Earth to help out. But can Mark trust him?”
Daredevil: Born Again Season 2
Release date: March 24
March 2026 also marks our return to Hell’s Kitchen for Daredevil: Born Again season 2. Many favourites are set to return. Obviously, there’s Charlie Cox’s titular hero, as well as Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin — who’s now the mayor of New York City — and Deborah Ann Woll’s Karen Page. Surprisingly, Elden Henson will also return as Foggy Nelson, despite the character dying in the season 1 premiere. One of the most exciting things about season 2 is the return of Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), who makes her debut foray to the all-encompassing MCU.
The official synopsis reads:
“In Season 2, Mayor Wilson Fisk crushes New York City underfoot as he hunts down public enemy number one, the Hell’s Kitchen vigilante known as Daredevil. But beneath the horned mask, Matt Murdock will try to fight back from the shadows to tear down the Kingpin’s corrupt empire and redeem his home.”
