Chaos Unfolds In ‘Assorted Crisis Events’ Issue #1 Preview Pages!

Deniz Camp’s Assorted Crisis Events is one of the most exciting upcoming comics. The hotly-anticipated series unfolds in a world where skewed time triggers multiple world-ending events at once. It’s chaotic, wild, and unpredictable.

Assorted Crisis Events #1 hits shelves March 12. The Image Comics series is written by Deniz Camp (Absolute Martian Manhunter), drawn by Eric Zawadzki (House of El), coloured by Jordie Bellaire (Birds of Prey), with letters from Hassan Otsmane-Elhaou.

Assorted Crisis Events unfolds on a version of Earth where time has become so distorted that events and people from the distant past and far future collide — bringing their battles, wars and politics to the modern day. As Doctor Who would put it, it’s chock-full of “wibbly wobbly, timey-wimey” stuff. For instance, World War 3 and World War 4 happen simultaneously. Behind every corner there could be cavemen, medieval knights, cyborg soldiers, and other unlikely entities. Every page will shock you, surprise you, or simply bewilder you. Each issue follows a different character trying to survive in a world turned to utter madness.

We recently had the chance to review issue #1, and we absolutely loved it, citing its gorgeous art and unique, high-octane story, that still managed to stay grounded. We rated it a perfect 5/5. There’s no doubt that this series will be a winner among audiences.
