CYBERPUNK 2077 Mini-Series at Dark Horse Comics

Dark Horse, News, Press Release

Videogame tie-in comics have a historically spotty track record. But like movies based on video games, these types of comics have seen a collective uptick in quality. Injustice and Mortal Kombat at DC and Sonic the Hedgehog at IDW. But those are familiar videogame franchises. What about something new? Dark Horse is looking to take that chance with Cyberpunk 2077. With a strong creative team headlined by writer Cullen Bunn, if this is any good, maybe it’ll be worth dropping some hard earned cash on the game itself.

CD PROJEKT RED’s Highly Anticipated New Game Receives a Mini-Series at Dark Horse Comics

MILWAUKIE, Ore.—Immerse yourself in the world of CD PROJEKT RED’s highly anticipated new game with the new comic mini-series Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team from writer Cullen Bunn, artist Miguel Valderrama, colorist Jason Wordie and letterer Frank Cvetkovic beginning September 2020!

Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team welcomes you into a world a deceit, greed, and desolation. Nadia, a citizen of Night City and the sole survivor of a failed rescue mission for the Trauma Team International corporation. After she agrees to continue work for an upcoming extraction mission, Nadia and her new team find themselves in an even more dangerous and life-threatening situation. Soon they’ll discover Trauma Team is not what it seems.

Cyberpunk 2077: Trauma Team #1 (of 4) arrives September 9, 2020 and can be pre-ordered from your local comic shop. To fill your Night City needs in the meantime, The World of Cyberpunk 2077, the comprehensive Cyberpunk 2077 art book, arrives July 28, 2020. Pre-order now wherever books are sold.

About The Author

Daniel Gehen
Editor-in-Chief

Dan was introduced to the 1960s Batman show at a young age, which developed into a lifelong passion for comics. When he's not grinding out his day job, he can be found reading about Scarlet Speedsters, Web-Heads, or Sagas just about anywhere. If it's good he'll read it. If it's bad... there's a chance he still might read it.
