DC Comics Previews Highlights (April 23, 2025): The Flash #20, Superman: The Last Days of Lex Luthor #3, & More!

It’s DC Comics preview page time, folks! This week, we have previews for numerous releases, and we’re highlighting: The Flash #20, Superman: The Last Days of Lex Luthor, and Batman #159!

Welcome to our weekly column where we share preview pages from some upcoming DC Comics projects. We typically highlight three comics, but on particularly big weeks we may post more. Let’s dive right into it!

The Flash #20

We begin our big DC Comics preview post with The Flash #20, from Simon Spurrier and artist Vasco Georgiev. In this issue, Wally West — the only Flash in the current DC Universe — continues to find the right balance between family and superheroes. Check it out:

Superman: The Last Days of Lex Luthor

Next up is Superman: The Last Days of Lex Luthor #3 from creative team Mark Waid and illustrator Bryan Hitch. The full graphic novel is out in July and you can pre-order it here. Take a look at our preview pages:

Batman #159

A personal favourite ongoing series of mine is DC’s Batman from Jeph Loeb and artists Jim Lee, and Scott Williams. After the shocking events of the previous instalment, Batman is tasked with what might be the single hardest decision of his life! This issue guest stars Nightwing, Batgirl and Red Hood!

Some other upcoming DC Comics to keep an eye out for include the likes of Peacemaker Presents The Vigilante Eagly Double Feature #2, Green Lantern Dark #4, Harley Quinn #50, Absolute Wonder Woman #7, Green Arrow #23, Absolute Martian Manhunter #2, and Justice League Unlimited #6.
