Welcome to Twilight #3, from esteemed comics writer Gail Simone and Gene Ha, follows Crab Louie as he fights his way out of the worst comic-con ever, after getting stuck there during a terrorist attack.

Published by Dark Horse Comics, superstar actor and comedian Patton Oswalt, TV writer Jordan Blum, and Scott Hepburn’s Minor Threats universe has become a cult work of the comics medium. The series dives into stories of lesser-known superheroes and villains navigating their way around the gritty, and dangerous, streets of Twilight City. The new 4-issue anthology series, Welcome to Twilight, tells stories of both new and returning characters.

Welcome to Twilight has a stellar team of creators writing tales, including Gail Simone (Birds of Prey, Wonder Woman), Gerry Duggan (Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe, West Coast Avengers), Matt Fraction (Sex CriminalsHawkeye) and Mike Allred (Silver SurferMadman), and more.

Issue #3 comes from the creative team of Gail Simone and Gene Ha. The official synopsis reads: “Crab Louie has been a superhero, a crustacean god, a dad and a support group sponsor. Now he’s stuck in the worst section of the worst comic con in the worst neighborhood in the city during a terrorist attack, and they STILL got his lunch order wrong! Can Louie save the hostages AND make back his table fees in this thrilling adventure of weirdos?”

From the World of Minor Threats: Welcome to Twilight #3 goes on sale on May 21, 2025.
