Every year at Comic-con there are a few books that everybody seems to be buzzing about, a handful of comics or graphic novels that get intense attention and trigger interesting conversations among comics pros. This year one of the books that received the most buzz was Archaia’s Cyborg 009. Boasting immaculate production values and a gorgeously designed cover along with an intriguing backstory, this book immediately became something that the comics professionals need to check out in order to “ooh” and “aah” over it. As you’ll see in this interview, the success of this book is the result of a lot of hard work on the parts of the people who created it, along with passion and excitement for the project.
