There’s so many cast members involved in the MCU’s upcoming Avengers: Doomsday that it can be difficult to keep track of who’s really involved and who is not. We’ve compiled the full list of confirmed cast members here in one place for your convenience.
It seems like every other day that another actor has been cast in Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday — it’s become a meme at this point. With such a gluttony of characters, from our original Avengers team (including Steve Rogers and Thor), to the New Avengers, to the Fantastic Four, the X-Men, and beyond, the cast of Doomsday is chock-full. And the movie’s central villain is Doctor Doom, played by none other than Robert Downey Jr. in his return to the franchise after playing Tony Stark for over a decade until Avengers: Endgame in 2019. There’s all sorts of wild rumours too, not least the return of Thanos in Secret Wars.

There are a couple of other actors rumoured to be involved but not confirmed. This includes Sadie Sink, who could play Jean Grey.
Avengers: Doomsday releases in theatres on December 18, 2026. Incidentally, Dune: Part 3 releases on the same day; it’s already become known as Dunesday.
