5 Must-Read New Spider-Man Comics in 2026 So Far

Which Spider-Man comics do you need to read in 2026? Here’s some of the best new launches.

Marvel has already gotten off to a great start in 2026, with the launch of new Iron Man and Daredevil series. Our friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man has had a few fresh new starts too, being written by some of the brightest talent in the industry. Below, we’ve cited a few all-new Spidey-centric adventures to check out. All of these series have launched in 2026. Hopefully they’ll set your spider-senses tingling.

Spectacular Spider-Man: Brand New Day

From Dan Slott and Marcus To, new series Spectacular Spider-Man: Brand New Day once again pits the web-slinger against one of his arch-enemies, Wilson Fisk.

In the series, Spider-Man discovers one of the most valuable items the Kingpin: the Lexicon; a dossier of the Kingpin’s criminal enterprise could destroy the criminal landscape of New York City. Better for Parker to take it for himself, right? However, the Lexicon is widely desired, not least by Mr. Negative and The Punisher himself, Frank Castle. It’s one enviable directory, to say the least.

Amazing Spider-Man/Venom: Death Spiral

Debuting in February 2026, this crossover one-shot by Al Ewing, Joe Kelly, Charles Soule, and Jesús Saíz is an instant standout. It brings Spider-Man, Venom, and Carnage together against a super-powered serial killer known as Torment. The origins of Torment was explored in follow-up Body Count, which released in May.

Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1 (2026)

This launched in January from Saladin Ahmed, Joe Kelly, and Federico Vicentini. The issue follows Peter Parker as he mentors a brand-new, speed-powered hero named Rapid… but of course, things rapidly go wrong (if you’d pardon the pun) when Screwball arrives.

Marvel/DC: Spider-Man/Superman

One of the best-selling comics of 2026 so far, Spider-Man/Superman is a major crossover event featuring various writers and artists including Brad Meltzer, Pepe Larraz, and Dan Slott.

Amazing Spider-Man: Spider-Versity

One of the breakout Spider-Man comics so far this year, Spider-Versity by Jordan Morris and Pere Perez spotlights the training of various spider-powered characters, including Miles Morales, Spider-Gwen, Silk, Araña, Spider-Boy, and Spider-Girl, under the tutelage of Norman Osborn and Spider-Woman.
